About Ming Hao
Wong Ming Hao was born in 1988 in Pahang. He Works on primarily acrylic painting.
Ming Hao Graduated at Dasein Academy Of Art at 2009. He joined HOM artist residency programs in December 2017 for six months, after that he has the first major duo-exhibition “Distant Emotion”. He is currently a full time artist and part time art mentor of Dasein Academy of Art and Undo Academy of Animation.
In 2019, Ming Hao had received the Young Contemporaries Jury Award from Bakat Muda Sezaman 2019 and he won the Gold Award in UOB Painting of the Year in 2020. In the same year, Ming Hao had his first solo exhibition, Unreal Reality, at HOM Art Trans.
His works seek to capture the emotional sense towards the elements that surround him. They are inspired by the people around the artist, current happenings in the society, life experiences and the conscious or sub-conscious awareness from his old memories. Currently he is working mainly in acrylic painting.
